I have two in my inner circle. They sweat every little thing. Now, it's Cohen.
I simply told them, "Have you EVER heard of an attorney that kept their license AFTER telling another person about ANYTHING their client told him or her in confidence?"
I also added, "If any attorney recorded a conversation without notifying the client, would they be immediately disbarred?"
Lastly, I tossed in, "If your attorney went on national television and spoke of your inner-most secrets, would you feel justified hunting them down and strangling him or her?"

No sauce, but I read that standard tribunals have 9 members. 12-member tribunals are saved for treason and/or any other crime whereby the death sentence may be imposed.
