Here's the crux I run into: If they're mk-ultra abused from a young age and controlled to take the actions they do, how responsible are they for what they've done?
They would have initially been victims, so should there be some redemption possibilities once their handlers' strings are cut?
To what extent would this forgiveness be offered?
