I have a DTC. The PDF was written by Dian Brennan. There is a list of board members and I just have to wonder how a Peter B. Madoff is running Bernard L Madoff Investment Securities. and sits on the board of this corporation?
How are any of the Madoffs in the business at all?.

ahhh then I screwed up with my pictures. I was writing about TDCC which is a part of the federal reserve and then they are linked to the other. I thought the pic. was a part of the DCC info as it was also posted on that other info. I went for 1.6 guadrillion crazy am Finding the PDF was cool and that a madoff is on the chair of that company and there is still a bernie madoff investments.
