if we go with
Billings Great Falls and Missoula presumably all County seats, so find assessor site and search new-issued big value Canadian/Asian owners going back every month like 2011-2014 (guess) if those records are online I wish I was sure those are the right spots and will work harder to find out.
yes the house is secluded, no close neighbors, all glass facing lake, airstrip, seperate house for quarters; location indeterminate but in building records somewhere
