Lawfags, explain to me what kind of Grand Jury matter would ever get appealed.

As I understand it, a Grand Jury only issues indictment and after one-sided arguments by the prosecution, typically without the defendent-to-be or their lawyers ever knowing that the thing is going on. The only person I can imaging being unhappy with the outcome would be a prosecutor who got shot down. Is that what this likely is?

In proper CNN fashion, the article refutes the headline.

The search for the Titanic was a cover story for their investigation of two nuke subs. But after they were finished with that the went and did discover the Titanic, as that were claiming they were trying to do.
