The July 302 was FBI interviewing Strzok about his recollection of his January interview of Flynn.
But take it with a grain of salt since STrzok is a clown liar with a desire for self preservation.
Pientka is not SES level so by FBI policy his name is redacted.
The July interview of Strzok is documented in a 302, actually dated August 22.
This is the one included in the Flynn filing and Mueller filing today.
We haven't seen the original January 302s from the Flynn interview.

The Aug 22 302 was from a Strzok interview in July 2017 about when he was removed from the SCO.
Its completely different from any Flynn 302s from his January interviews.
