We know that because a portion were released. When they were released we were told they were recovered.
There are still some not released to the public. That was part of the Presidential Order to declassify and unredact.
And then release to the public.

I assume he has been held back by RR who is his supervisor.
As soon as RR goes, they will all likely come out.
