Need moar memes?

There are ~25 in the memelibrary

Most were obtained outside the chan or created in a hurry.

It's javascript code that users can install if they wish to. What it does is put up a button with each post, that if clicked will block the images in that post and put them in a local database so they are blocked whenever they appear in future posts. I use something similar but not identical to this script.

How: If you don't know how to read/verify/install custom javascript maybe you shouldn't use it.

Click Options upper right corner of 8ch, click User JS, paste, save, reload browser.

Not my OC and don't ask me for support cause I'm not gonna.

2) Meming and twatting dank meme ammo is something we CAN DO, whereas whatever you're suggesting many anons cannot do or do not wish to.

3) So let us meme, frens. (Directed to those who have the skillz & want to.)

I don't know how to net this down to <20 words for a meme.

Wikipedia helps me understand the Commerce Clause:

The Commerce Clause represents one of the most fundamental powers delegated to the Congress by the founders.

The Commerce Clause describes an enumerated power listed in the United States Constitution. The clause states that the United States Congress shall have power "To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes." Courts and commentators have tended to discuss each of these three areas of commerce as a separate power granted to Congress.

  • SCOTUS already ruled that forcing people to buy insurance was an unconstitutional exercise of the commerce power

  • Obamacare survived when characterized as a tax

  • The tax aspect no longer exists because the tax penalty was eliminated by 2017 legislation

  • Therefore there's nothing left that's constitutional, and the whole thing falls because the severability doctrine will fail to enable various parts of the (enormous) law to stand on their own.

I don't know how to say that in 7 words or less. Not sure my layfag's summary is accurate.
