The true reason Obamacare was un-Constitutional is because the 10th Amendment gives the Fed Gov't no authority over healthcare. So even though I'm happy with the decision, it does nothing to restore our 10A rights that we've lost. Our 1A and 4A have also been smoked. Our freedom cannot be restored without a full restoration of our Constitutional rights.
Gonna miss that voice forever.
Charge the fucking cunts with sedition. What's it gonna take?
Shouldn't every law passed have to comply with the Constitution?
Thank you. I stand by my original argument that 10A prohibits the Fed Govt from having any authority over healthcare.
Aren't you making 10A dead in the water right out of the gate? Then what is the point of it?
I see it happening by a simple tipping of the scales when the takers outnumber the makers and civil war ensues. I've been saying for a very long time that a FATAL error occurred when voting rights were extended to people that haven't earned them. Non-vested citizens (free-shitters) should never have been given voting rights. Most other errors can be corrected, but the only logical outcome of that mistake is civil war. And I think it is inevitable. The only question is when.
Trump definitely wants to return control of education to the state level. Dept of Ed is a prime example of gov't overreach that blatantly flies in the face of our Constitution.
I'm hopeful that it will at least kick the can down the road, hopefully a significant distance. But I don't see how it resolves the fundamental problem of free-shitters having voting rights, and like I said, there is only one logical outcome to that. I also find it highly unlikely that we will reduce the size and scope of the fed govt any other way. It's going to take bloodshed in the end.
Try a magnesium supplement.
