Saturday's Yellow Vest rally in Paris began relatively calm with a demonstration on Champs Elysees, but later the crowd engaged in scuffles with police.

Hundreds of people gathered for the protest calling for Emmanuel Macron’s resignation in the heart of the capital, according to police. Several clashes and scuffles broke out at the iconic Champs-Elysees avenue and near the Opera House.

General Antoine Martinez has written the letter signed by ten other generals, an admiral and colonel, and also includes former French Minister of Defense Charles Millon.

They’ve given strong warning that Macron’s signing the U.N. Global Migration Pact strips France of even more sovereignty providing an additional reason for “an already battered people” to “revolt”.

The highly decorated military co-signees assert that the beleaguered Macron is “guilty of a denial of democracy or treason against the nation” for signing the migration pact without putting it to the people.

“The French state is late in coming to realize the impossibility of integrating too many people, in addition to totally different cultures, who have regrouped in the last forty years in areas that no longer submit to the laws of the Republic,” the letter advises, also saying that mass immigration is erasing France’s “civilizational landmarks”.

The pact, which has been protested in the Yellow Vest demonstrations in five countries, was signed by 164 nations, most against the will of the citizens as stated in dozens of country specific petitions, on Monday in Marrakech.

The 'Integrity Initiative' - A Military Intelligence Operation, Disguised As Charity, To Create The "Russian Threat"

The British government financed Integrity Initiative is tasked with spreading anti-Russian propaganda and with influencing the public, military and governments of a number of countries. What follows is an incomplete analysis of the third batch of the Initiative's papers which was dumped yesterday.

Christopher Nigel Donnelly (CND) is the co-director of The Institute for Statecraft and founder of its offshoot Integrity Initiative. The Initiative claims to "Defend Democracy Against Disinformation".

The Integrity Initiative does this by planting disinformation about alleged Russian influence through journalists 'clusters' throughout Europe and the United States.

Both, the Institute as well as the Initiative, claim to be independent Non-Government Organizations. Both are financed by the British government, NATO and other state donors.

Among the documents lifted by some anonymous person from the servers of the Institute we find several papers about Donnelly as well as some memos written by him. They show a russophobe mind with a lack of realistic strategic thought.

From his curriculum vitae (pdf) we learn that Donnelly was a long time soldier in the British Army Intelligence Corps where he established and led the Soviet Studies Research Centre at RMA Sandhurst. He later was involved in creating the US Army’s Foreign Military Studies Office (FMSO) at Ft. Leavenworth. He worked at the British Ministry of Defence and as an advisor to several Secretaries General of NATO. He is a director of the Statecraft Institute since 2010. Donnelly also advises the Foreign Minister of Lithuania. He is a "Security and Justice Senior Mentor" of the UK’s Stabilisation Unit which is tasked with destabilizing various countries. He serves as a Honorary Colonel of the Specialist Group Military Intelligence (SGMI).

During his time as military intelligence analyst in the 1980s Donnelly wrote several books and papers about the Soviet Union and its military.

Donnelly seems to be obsessed with the 'Russian threat' and is determined to fight it by all means. His paranoia is obvious in a "private - confidential" report by the Statecraft Institute on The Challenge of Brexit to the UK: Case study – The Foreign and Commonwealth Offices (pdf):

This is not a crisis which faces us; it is a strategic challenge, and from several directions simultaneously.

Holder, Dems Lash Out at Texas Judge For Ruling Obamacare Unconstitutional – Demand “Medicare For All”

Obama’s corrupt Attorney General and other Dems lashed out at the Texas federal judge for ruling Obamacare unconstitutional and demanded “Medicare for all.”

U.S. District Judge Reed O’Connor in Fort Worth, Texas declared that Obamacare is unconstitutional in a Friday ruling.

The ruling is expected to be appealed all the way up to the Supreme Court.

Last year, Congress invalidated the tax penalty for not purchasing insurance which opened up doors for the constitutionality of Obamacare to be challenged.

The repeal of the tax penalty is precisely what the Republicans needed to kill Obamacare, one of the biggest scams of redistribution of wealth this country has ever seen.

Now the Dems are pushing for universal healthcare — this was their plan all along. Obamacare was merely the vehicle to usher in universal healthcare.

Holder complained about a “hard right judge” destroying the system, adding, “it is time to move to some version of Medicare for all and end this nonsense.”

New Jersey implements new anti-Second Amendment policy targeting off-duty police officers

Liberal state further encroaches on the Second Amendment

This week, the possession of "high capacity" magazines officially became a fourth-degree felony in New Jersey, thanks to a bill signed into law by Democratic Gov. Phil Murphy this summer. But according to one government memo, the law also negatively impacts law enforcement.

What are the details?

The law, which prohibits possession of firearm magazines able to hold more than 10 rounds, took effect Tuesday morning. Unfortunately, the new law, which critics say is anti-Second Amendment, also applies to off-duty police officers in The Garden State

A memo circulating online from one New Jersey prosector in Bergen County shows the extend to which the law affects law enforcement.

"This statue now provides that law enforcement officers are not permitted to possess large capacity ammunition magazines," the memo states, "unless while on duty or traveling to or from an authorized place of duty."

"This statue applies to all law enforcement officers, including those subject to on-call status. Violation of this statue constitutes a fourth degree crime," the memo adds.

WA - Pedophile Who Had Treehouse Filled With Child Porn Gets Jail Time

The horrible man who was busted for a double infraction- keeping a child pornography stash in his illegally built “fairy” treehouse on federal land has been sentenced to nine months in prison last week.

57-year-old Daniel Wood first pleaded guilty on November 20 to one count of second-degree possession of child pornography and one count of second-degree attempted viewing of child pornography.

The pedophile’s illegal activities were first discovered after a US Department of Natural Resources employee heard rumors circulating in the hiking community about a cabin that was illegally built in the Snoqualmie National forest. The site is about 50 miles east of Seattle.The federal employee tried to do some sleuthing himself by looking for the rumored cabin five times in 2016 but was unsuccessful in his attempts.

But the employee proved to be one resolute soul. He finally found the treehouse in question that same year and the rumors proved true, after all. The employee found shocking framed images of child pornography mounted on the walls, including a montage of five huge photos posted across a bed.

The employee decided to take some photos and brought them to the King of County Sheriff’s Office and that really started the investigation rolling.

The property has a porch surrounding the home and also features a ladder that hung around 8 feet off the ground. The FBI searched the property last year and also found dozens of photos of young girls plastered all over the walls.

The FBI agents also took several items that contained DNA samples and fingerprints that later matched that of then-suspect Wood’s.

One sheriff’s detective even described the cabin as “an elaborate treehouse that resembled a fairy or gingerbread house.”

Authorities also seized thousands of deplorable child porn images and videos at Wood’s residence in Mill Creek in February this year. Many of the photos matched those displayed in the cabin.

Part of Wood’s sentence is a prohibition for him to have contact with children without supervision for a period spanning 10 years. He must also register as a sex offender and must undergo sexual deviancy treatment.

Social media users gave their reactions on the update, with expressing relief that Wood was caught, while others are questioning why he got a relatively lighter penalty considering his crime.

FBI Releases Key Steele Dossier Document

The FBI has released a summary that James Comey used in a briefing with President-Elect Donald Trump and President Obama regarding the Steele dossier

The document is sure to grab the attention of Republicans who have accused the FBI of relying too heavily on the unverified dossier for its investigation of possible collusion between the Trump campaign and Russian government

The summary shows that the FBI claimed Steele was working for “private clients,” when he was actually working for the DNC and Clinton campaign. It also noted that Steele relied on “identified and unidentified subsources” to fill out the dossier

The FBI on Friday released a two-page document that sheds some light on what former FBI Director James Comey briefed to President-Elect Donald Trump and President Obama regarding the infamous Steele dossier.

The document, first reported by Politico, asserts that Christopher Steele, the former British spy who compiled the dossier, was working “on behalf of private clients” in his investigation of Trump’s possible ties to Russia. His dossier contained “highly politically sensitive information,” according to the summary.

Steele, who is not identified by name in the heavily-redacted document, is also described as collecting information “from a layered network of identified and unidentified subsources, some of which has been corroborated in the past.”

Those characterizations are likely to draw the attention of Republicans, many of whom have accused the FBI of relying too heavily on Steele’s unverified reporting in its investigation of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russian government.

Steele was ultimately working for the Clinton campaign and DNC, not a private client. And Steele’s use of some “unidentified” sources could raise questions about his collection methods.

A former MI6 officer, Steele was hired in June 2016 to investigate Trump’s ties to Russia. His immediate employer was Fusion GPS, an opposition research firm that was working for Perkins Coie, the law firm that represented the Clinton campaign and the DNC. Steele, who is unable to travel to Russia because of his past work there, relied on intermediaries to obtain information about Trump and his advisers.

Women’s March Leaders Face Anti-Semitic, Corruption Charges Ahead of Second Anti-Trump Event

The anti-Trump Women’s March that hit the streets the day after President Donald Trump’s inauguration is now gearing up for a repeat event on January 19 in Washington, DC, but some of its founders are facing charges from former fellow activists that the left-wing group is promoting the bigotry and corruption it claims to oppose.

Teresa Shook, credited as one of the women who launched the march on social media, spearheaded the criticism last month when she called on the women now running the “movement” to step down.

Those women include Women’s March National co-chairwomen Carmen Perez, Bob Bland, Tamika D. Mallory, and Linda Sarsour, who is a Palestinian American known for her anti-Israel stance.

In a Facebook post published Monday afternoon, Shook wrote that the four public faces of the Women’s March should resign because they have strayed from the group’s goals.

“I have waited, hoping they would right the ship. But they have not,” Shook wrote. “In opposition to our Unity Principles, they have allowed anti-Semitism, anti-LBGTQIA sentiment and hateful, racist rhetoric to become a part of the platform by their refusal to separate themselves from groups that espouse these racist, hateful beliefs.”

“I call for the current Co-Chairs to step down and to let others lead who can restore faith in the Movement and its original intent,” Shook continued. “I stand in Solidarity with all the Sister March Organizations, to bring the Movement back to its authentic purpose.”

March leaders have also come under scrutiny for their association with anti-Semite and Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan.

Ms. Mallory, who attended a Farrakhan event in February and called him the “GOAT” [greatest of all time] in a 2015 Instagram post, said her critics have skewed her words and accused them of trying to “rewrite history.”

Three Sex Offenders Arrested in Single Day After Crossing Texas Border

Rio Grande Valley Sector Border Patrol agents stopped three sex offenders from successfully re-entering the U.S. after they illegally crossed the border into Texas. Two of the criminal aliens had convictions for sexual offenses against children — the third for sexual battery.

McAllen Station Border Patrol agents came upon a Mexican national on Thursday after he illegally crossed the border near Hidalgo, Texas. The agents took him to the station for a biometric background investigation. The investigation revealed the man as a previous conviction from a court in DeKalb County, Georgia for sexual exploitation of children, according to information received from Rio Grande Valley Sector Border Patrol officials.

Agents patrolling near the border town of Mission, Texas, later that day encountered a Salvadoran man who illegally crossed the border. A records check revealed that a Texas court in Fredricksburg convicted the Salvadoran national for sexual battery and sentenced him to 12 months in jail.

Also on Thursday, Weslaco Station agents teamed up with Hidalgo County Constables Office Precinct 4 deputies after receiving information about a human smuggling stash house. During the raid on the stash house, officials apprehended nine illegal aliens from El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Mexico. The agents transported the illegal aliens to the Weslaco Station for processing.

During a biometric background investigation of the migrants, agents learned that one of the Guatemalan nationals has a previous arrest and conviction in Kansas City Missouri, for a charge of statutory rape, Border Patrol officials reported.

The previously deported criminal aliens could face federal felony charges for aggravated re-entry after removal as a sex offender. If convicted on those charges, they could face up to 20 years in federal prison.

For months proponents of the UN Migration Pact told us that the pact was non-binding. The response to the many citizens of nation states worldwide having signed country specific petitions was that it was non-binding so there was nothing to worry about, it was going to be good.

The immensely opposed and disastrous document declares unlimited migration to be treated as a human right, thereby deprecating the term ‘illegal migrants’, and criminalises any criticism of migration as hate speech.

The points that raised alarm for most was that it seeks to eliminate all forms of dissent. Media organisations for example, should they criticise anything to do with migration would lose access to state funding. People would be labelled as racists or guilty of hate speech which will now be criminalised. This pact will literally erase our borders.

The question I’ve been asking is if the countries that refused to sign, are they still bound to it being members of the UN. Most people were of the mind that it would only affect the signatories.

Now we know. In a frank exchange with Germany’s Chancellor Angela Merkel, Mr. Hebner of the AfD drew out an admission that it is, in fact, legally binding. As well, that it will be adopted as rule for all UN Member states once enacted.

Mr. Hebner asks: “You can see for yourself clearly that during the conference, the spokesperson for Morocco emphasised that the agreement was legally binding. He said clearly, in a literal sense, that there is a corresponding legal bond for all nations taking part as well as an obligation of implementation. You and your delegation did not raise a single word of objection to that statement but idly accepted it. I would like to emphasise that the parliamentary motion was not presented at the conference. “

Ms. Merkel’s response not only confirmed what we at Voice of Europe have been suspecting all along, the claim it is indeed binding, but that once voted and accepted it will be valid for all:

“So then, during the UN General Assembly next week, the pact will once again be up for debate and a decision will be made on whether to accept it. At this time, a member state can demand a vote. When two-thirds of the represented countries agree then it is valid for all. That’s how majority decision-making works.”

Kate Hoey: ‘We Didn’t Stop IRA Terrorists to Give Away Northern Ireland to Jumped-up EU Bureaucrats’

Labour’s Kate Hoey had harsh words for Brussels on Friday, saying the United Kingdom did not spend 30 years battling IRA terrorists in Northern Ireland so “jumped-up EU bureaucrats” could carve off the British province as the price of Brexit.

The veteran stateswoman, who has served as a London MP since 1989 but was born in Northern Ireland and educated in the Belfast Royal Academy and University of Ulster, was speaking at a Leave Means Leave rally in the English capital, joining a cross-party line-up of entrepreneurs and politicians including Sammy Wilson for the Democratic Unionist Party (DUP), ex-Brexit Secretary David Davis, and former UKIP supremo Nigel Farage.

“We didn’t spend 30 years in Northern Ireland stopping IRA terrorists killing soldiers, police, and civilians in order to get a United Ireland, [only] to allow a few jumped-up EU bureaucrats and a complicit prime minister to try and do the same thing by the back door,” she declared.

“Even more ridiculous is that it would not even be in the economic interests of Northern Ireland who depend so much [on] their trade to and from Britain.

“Why is a British prime minister dancing to the tune of an Irish taoiseach?” she added, referring to Irish leader Leo Varadkar.” There’s no need for a hard border and there’s no need for a backstop.”

The “backstop” which Miss Hoey referred to is a provision in Prime Minister Theresa May’s “worst deal in history” with the EU; an indefinite fallback arrangement under which Northern Ireland is annexed to the EU’s Customs Union and Single Market, and mainland Great Britain is joined to an effectively EU-controlled “single customs territory” — all and in order to keep the supposedly all-important open border with the Republic of Ireland free of customs checks.
