Not every shot has an exit wound, do we really know what caliber bullet was used? A round from a 22 can easily kill and will usually stay in the body if it hits bone or organs. Any reports or doctor claims are most likely false. We will get the Truth eventually, it may be different than everyone has been led to believe.
