Cherry-picking a post doesn't work for me….anybody can find some kind of job to make a few bucks….but OP was insisting on a "job with respect"…doesn't sound that desperate to me….leans more to greed…."I won't lower myself to menial labor"……OK, do without so you can piss and moan about it.
Wasn't responding in an effort to "win". Just being a realist. If you're in a dire financial situation (as am I), you really have no choice but to sacrifice and work as hard as you can, to do the best you can, especially if you have a family. Prove yourself to other folks and (speaking solely on my faith) someone will prove themselves to you. I apologize for my lack of compassion, but you originally sounded like you were looking for a handout and bashing rich people because they are rich. Setting aside the cabal, there ARE rich people that are rich because someone, at some point in the past, worked very hard to reach that plateau.
