Just listened to testimony again. He’d sent materials to Huber (Salt Lake office) in April, May, and October. An Asst. US Attorney from Huber’s office called them Nov 30 as a follow up. Only said they were reviewing the material. He called back a few hours later and asked about a specific exhibit. That’s when he asked if they had it on disk, and Doyle said he had it on a thumb drive and they sent it again.
Not at all out of the ordinary for them to ask that it be sent again. I deal with it all the time when sending documents to an office and get a call from someone in the same office asking for them again. Left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing sort of situation. Does not mean anything was lost.
