I'd expect there have been discussions, already, about the things at stake. A great deal can be said with very few words.

Or just an image. It did not seem the recipients were reading but peering into something on the page. I may be mistaken, of course, and got the wrong impression of each. Eyes did not seem to move left to right, for example, and lips did not seem to mouth words even in the slightest.

HRC did seem puzzled, though. Did not share, at first glance, with Bill.
