In Europe as well. Went out for a burger yesterday, cops were out in full force. About 25 to thirty on foot cops during outside adventure. As I was waiting for my burger about 5 or 6 of them walked past me with their body armor, but unhelmeted. It looked ridiculous.

Maybe if they had their helmets it would have had a more intimidating effect. But them walking around in body armor like they are about to go off paint balling surrounded by normal casual people seemed like overkill.
