In the full video of the Bush funeral (begin 20:26), Michael leans forward to pick up the programs, and hands one to DJT, BEFORE keeping one for herself & Hussein. If the intent was to insure that Michael received a specific program (with matching envelope), why were they centrally located? It's possible that each program was labelled/monogrammed, but I'm doubting that. In that case, each seat would have had specific programs.

The possibility exists that every program had an envelope.

Cannot explain, but also cannot explain the randomness of the event. I want to believe the 'counter' but it might not be the way I've perceived it.
