Collusion isn't illegal. I think a lot of people have knowingly/unknowingly colluded in efforts to hurt our country and DJT as our President. It's probably fair to say that they may not have understood what they were involved in. (And some probably have understood and those fuckers can eat shit and die.)
Conspiracy to commit certain acts that are treasonous and/or seditious IS illegal, though.

Alan Dershowitz's deposition transcripts (re: a case involving J. Epstein) does a pretty decent job of giving an explanation of recordings, which doesn't even include Prism. (I think it's called One-Party Consent?) Anyway - PDF should be related. It's the second part of the transcripts, which is where I THINK it is covered. If not, look for part I on your own.
