So it kinda seems like pelosi is playing the best actress this year. Acting like she is against trump. I am not fooled by her but im sure the democrats are. Pelosi and Trump are on the same side. By letting her be the loudest opposition, He is helping her get speaker of house. And she will in turn force the shutdown with support of the dems. Then they can be arrested and he gets his wall and the support of the people. If they dont shutdown the government then he has his wall and looks like the master negotiator. Its a Win for him either way. Just a theory.
