CANCER: HOW TO DEAL WITH IT

The vast majority of money spent on "cancer research" is a complete waste of money or outright fraud.

I had cancer a few years ago. I tried various alternatives, none of which worked. I ended up going the chemo route and it saved my life. But …

I didn't have to do it. I am not 100% opposed to mainstream cancer treatments (I know it saved my life, after all), but I was unaware of what cancer really is and how the human body works. If I had been, I could have saved myself.

Since that time, I have done a lot of research into cancer, nutrition, and health. Here is what I have found:

We all have cancer cells in our bodies, throughout our lives. New (healthy) cells are created every day in our body. These cells have a limited life in terms of functionality.

When they become less efficient, it is time for them to die off, be scrubbed out of our bodies, and allow new cells to take their place. That's how the human body works (and probably all animals' bodies, for that matter).

When a cell is becoming less efficient, it has a built-in mechanism to kill itself ("apoptosis"). As long as it does so, our body has a way of sweeping those dead cells out and using the material in other ways or discarding it ("autophagy").

When our immune systems are weakend, for whatever reason(s), our autophagy does not work right and the apoptosis of the cells might also not work right.

These poorly-functioning cells will then hang on instead of dying off, and they become cancer cells. As long as the autophagy is not scraping them out, they will grow and accumulate, which is what we call "cancer."

If I ever get cancer again, here is what I will do:

  1. Eat no more often than one time per day. Eat all the calories I need, but only one meal per day. This boosts autophagy by 300%. Herschel Walker, famous athlete, has eaten one meal per day for 30+ years, and was fighting in MMA at the age of 50. After a few days, you get used to it and you don't get hungry (the hunger hormone is tied to when you normally eat, not that you actually need to eat, so it will shut off after a few days).

  1. Eat clean – zero sugar, and more animal foods than plant foods. Subject of debate, I know, but cancer cells feed on sugar, and all plant foods turn into sugar in the body. So, at least temporarily, this is a good idea.

  1. Fast for as long as possible. Research shows that after 3 days of fasting (no food, only water), the immune system "re-boots" itself. There are reports of people fasting for 10-30 days and eliminating the cancer in their bodies.

I came across an article where a cancer doctor (unconventional guy) said that if people would fast for 5 days once or twice per year, then 90% of all cancer cases would disappear.

For anyone facing cancer, it is very scary. But this protocol is easy to do (much easier than doctors and drugs), and will either work or not within a matter of weeks.

It is how the human body works.

"Use logic."
