It's quite possible POTUS and Marine le Pen have been working together on The Plan for some years now.
Somehow I keep thinking that with NoName's execution, and RBG's coming demise, POTUS will be repatriating the remains of the 500+ POWs left behind in Vietnam and Laos since the early 70s.
