Maybe the sealed indictments are a combination of diversion and safeguard while the Military murders the cabbal.

Think about it.

firstly the sealed indictments distracts them into thinking the worst that can happen is a lengthy court case (so they don't counter with MSM to the correct threat) - and then any who haven't flipped in time gets a one way trip to hell rather than court… as in the military kills them all.

Best of all any remaining that speak up as it happens could then have their indictment unsealed as that will prevent them from creating a panic as the group that does will be seen as trying to prevent their own incarceration!
