The William Barr appointment is going to be quite interesting… There's something I haven't seen on the boards, and that is, his connection to the Inslaw Scandal.

The Inslaw Scandal basically involved a software program called PROMIS. It was developed in the 80s by Inslaw for the purpose of helping prosecutors manage their information on people or cases. The DOJ essentially scammed Inslaw out of the software and even murdered at least one person to cover their tracks. Even worse, this software somehow ended up in the hands of the CIA and Israeli intelligence (sounds like this whole thing was a steal op to begin with). Both countries began selling a rigged version of the software to intelligence agencies around the world. The bug included in the rigged version would allow the CIA & MOS to download/view anything on the system. Could this be the mechanism by which the intel agencies have been using to install their puppets in countries around the world? It would be the perfect way to do so, considering that you would know the moment anyone had dirt on your guy… you could fly completely under the radar.

Interestingly enough, PROMIS looks like the base for what eventually became PRISM. Anyone who knows about Snowden's revelations knows what PRISM is.

Is this why POTUS chose William Barr?

Is Trump making Barr clean up his own mess? Is he a subject of investigation that is a "cooperating witness"? It would be a great way to relay info to POTUS.
