It's probably nothing, but I found this Red Lion Project page. The 'project' is a plot of land with 6 cabins for the dead marines. It's in Montana so I started searching for it (thinking also of the call to dig the other place on a lake with cages and an airstrip). Didn't find anything. Thought I'd drop it off just in case.
