Looking at the keystone made over the Bay, thought it needed to be bisected. I gave it a purely amateur try expecting that the bisecting arrow would point to the Tomb of the Unknown. Nope. Seems to point to Ft. Belvoir and Davison airfield or Quantico. Any real CartographAnons out there?
