Thanks for thinking about it. I didn't really question too much until the latest stress test fail when the servers got bogged at the Q & A…recalling a previous upgrade…I got to wondering how much my conversation with a JAG lawyer teacher at NWC had to do with this current happenings. I think it is IMPOSSIBLE for this to be either privately funded and associated with TRUMP because again…ethics…or DoD funded but only have ONE side. So I started thinking about what I was told about the classes on ANON at NWC and what the were studying, the way they were studying, what they wanted to know..and how the rise of Chanology sparked even more…what I can tell you is that I was told in a private office that NWC was studying ANONYMOUS trying to figure out how it was working…and how to control / stop it. We can see evidence here that they have figured out how to stop it…(at least on the surface of things because no matter what they do crowd wise, individual minds that made up ANONYMOUS…still have almonds)…

SO stepping back and combined with what I found about JOAB today…I can see that DoD absolutely could be funding this because it is approaching both sides..remember DoD is supposed to be nonpartisan…it cannot be working on behalf of Trump…

I think you basically nailed it.
