barely coherent o.0 but i think philosophically it is better to accidentally let a guilty person go free than to punish an innocent. that's the premise that " innocent until PROVEN guilty " is based upon in my understanding. but given that, we shouldn't have to worry about the evil people going free, they have committed so many crimes, each worth life sentences/execution/etc. and the amount of evidence to be had is immense.
