I second the notable about the flu shot and its relation to miscarriages.
Years ago, I read in Catholic World Report, which I consider a good magazine, an expose article about how UN workers would go to South America to set up "free immunization clinics" for the poor, especially women (of childbearing age). The women were bribed or coerced into getting the shots, which were allegedly to protect against diseases but in reality were designed to make the women sterile.
