Not sure if it’s been mentioned, but one of the fun things parents and teachers do with elf on a shelf is move it around each night. It might be a hint to show that things in the elevator will change over time. In the video tweet one jar is upside down and empty (reminds me of the water glasses/ bottles being used as a signal in press conference). Later a local anon showed it full and turned right side up. Everyday something might subtly change and be a clue…. local anons, can we get updated elevator pictures?
