The sheer volume of this arrests is a bit odd.
Maybe people are just stupid and doing it to copy-cat/ a joke.
OR
Maybe a MKU patients mind control device (mobile phone) can be hijacked and patriots are forcing them to call-in to get arrested.
This would remove potential sleeper cells across the US, aka stopping another potential retaliation force of the Cabals . (MS13/ISIS/Sleepers/MKUltra) etc
