If a world comes to pass where 1000s of convictions are put into question we will need a new review mechanism to decide if
1) The case should be re-tried
2) Evaluate whether or not the evidence could have been tainted.
3) Whether or not Bond/Bail should be granted while this huge backlog is worked through.
