yep, more jobs created, lots of openings for a special court house full of judges and lawyers, maybe use law schools to go through all the cases, sorta like a 2 or 3 tier system, the schools can weed out the absolutes one way or another, and even create a whole new dept of field investigators that go re-interview witnesses in need be…
whatever it takes to fix the huge mistake of allowing the FBI near any crime scene… and from what i seen, they don't arrest to many people, they are about hiding criminal activity, so it is basically looking to see if who they arrested were framed or not… people caught in the act on a video cam or tons of witnesses, its the no witnesses cases that need to be reviewed imo
