Snowden isn't evil. Mass surveillance sure is though. I will always consider him a hero for trying to stop this tyranny.
America was founded precisely to escape such tyranny. May there be many more like Snowden, with the courage to sacrifice everything in the name of truth.
If that's the case, then Snowden accomplished precisely nothing, because the NSA lost control of its cyberweapon arsenal a few years later. Now not only CIA, but everyone has those tools. If those tools were nuclear weapons, this would be the proliferation equivalent of teaching every nation on Earth how to build nukes. That's on NSA, not Snowden.
I don't think that's the case at all. I think that's a line of BS crapped out by IC to make people distrust Snowden. I for one will not swallow it.

Wouldn't the traitors be the NSA, for violating America's highest law, the constitution? Snowden did a better job of keeping his oath to that document than that entire agency.

I don't really care what Q said. On this point, we'll just have to disagree. I won't let Q or this place rewrite my value system, and that system, along with every fiber of my being, tells me Snowden is a good person who did the right thing.
The ones so fiercely pushing the "Snowden = traitor" line have to be made aware that some people will simply refuse to swallow that line, no matter how many memes they try to make about it.
There's even a thread in this subforum pushing the CIA's "Where is Assange/Assange is comped" horseshit, so it's plainly obvious whose motives are at work here… this ain't "darkness to light," fellas, this sort of character assassination/smearing is as "dark" as it gets. It's evil, nothing short.
