lawfag here again

found what i wanted

the article 1 courts are set up with ther "implied p[owers" given to congress in article one

SCOTUS keeps a close and jealous eye on these to limit their use and not permit infirngement on the judicial branch

congress has a whole slew of these courts inc. tax court, veterans appeals, claims vs fed govt,, bakruptcy BUT MOST NOTEWORTHY

is the

Court of Military Commission Review

The United States Court of Military Commission Review reviews military commission cases submitted to the court.

The court is composed of panels of at least three appellate military judges.

The court was created in 2009 after Congress passed the Military Commissions Act of 2009, which allowed the rights of the accused in military commissions to be expanded

if these posts are correct and the dispute centers on this the fight is whether or not to transfer a mueller inquiry to military court!

dont know who is pushing what - yet

apparently some anons didnt read the initial post

anon posted a thred with a person claiming to be an elected official and stating that the secret proceedings the other day where they sealed the courthouse involves a tranfer of case to an ARTICLE 1 COURT

article THREE sets up SCOTUS and the judicial branch - NOT article one

yes there are many many many admin judges in the article one system but also many "regular" judges esp bankruptcy and tax courts

the ones i listed are more or less true courts

but there are hundreds of admin judges in every fucking bureacracy

its a disaster

didnt read the whole link but it appears to be an upgrade for admin judges so they can have longer and more stable tenure

sounds more DS that GA to me but i did not dig
