Very strange area. Single family homes, some very upscale, lots of park area. Many homes have waterfront docks and there is a ramp or two. always thought that area was waay too quiet and one could use it to come up the Potomac and bring something in/out very quietly…Cabalish feel to that place, can't put my finger on it, a sense of something…place of meetings? ceremonies? very close to DC very convenient for bigwigs who don't want to travel far
