Was checking the different intersecting points where I overlaid the Flower of Life Pattern. It seemed like every area I was checking I would find a water treatment facility. So I started digging for information on Chesapeake Watershed water treatment facilities. I found this info that in 2016 many of them ran over permit limits in some cases by over 500% and was dumping pollutants into the rivers which flow into the bay. Due to a trading system with financial benefits they were able to get by with the known pollution. The link below takes you to the PDF of the government report.
