Holy crap. These asshats with the Georgia stones are trying to build a good AI so that they can kill of most of the rest of the world. I think that is why they are developing AI as fast as they can.

AI is PROGRAMMED. These assholes want slaves. Humans tend to make bad slaves because we tend to resist being slaves, BUT, a decent AI can do most menial tasks without having a will of its own. Think about it, being a king is no fun if you have nobody to order around. If you just kill everybody off, then it's no fun, but if you have lots of robots, they do whatever you tell them to do. Sounds cliche I know, but these people are all about themselves and living lavishly and having too many other humans around to share with sticks in their craw.
