I have responded to this Anon's images before. Am still not satisfied that the object is unidentifiable. As you point out, there are technical explanations. A full story of when, were and how are necessary for a clear evaluation. I suggested Anon use an astronomy app on, e.g., an iPad to identify stars, planets and satellites, but Anon says there are reasons.

In the meantime, image-Anon, I suggest you submit a report to the UFO Reporting Center. It's Peter Davenport's one-man operation, so you can't expect any help in identification there. But do file a record.
