Pro Planefag here. DME arc is correct. You beat me to it. Likely not using actual DME, probably GPS instead, but same point. They're practicing navigating DME arcs. Look for the center of all the semi-circles. At that center point is either a VORTAC or a designed point they selected to fly arcs around. That is all….
