This is how they cheat and lie
The original 302 completed in February likely showed no lying.
Once McCabe took over they had a window of opportunity, so they modified the 302.
Then saved a new backdated one from February, adding 'DRAFT' to explain why a new one was filed.
Noteworthy that even the original was not filed until AFTER he resigned.
Which is why I suspect it showed he DIDN"T lie.
By then it didn't matter.
Until then, they used it as a cloud over him.
