anons this latest mueller filing cover letter does not pass thelaugh test

they are CYA cuz they witheld a 302 and instead offered the judge a fake and gay 302 from later

then they claimed this was cuz the original was "inadvertantly" marked "deliberative process"

now the thing is i believe it was INTENTIONALLY marked this way because it is one main exception under the FOIA

but there is NO WAY a 302 EVER can be marked this way

why? cuz the 302 is nothing more than a record of an interview

a deliberative process is the "…private and candid give-and-take of a consultative or policy development process by a public agency." and the exception is ther so folks can discuss options w/o concern about that being made public

so an interview/302 is NEVER in this category - unless they were "inadvertantly" telling the truth - that this 302 was 'UP FOR DISCUSSION"
