The masons claim to the Knights Templar legacy and death of its leader in the 1300s at the hands of the French King is a load of bull. This is stolen/misappropriated history.

The Knights Templar were a Catholic religious and military order who were tasked with protecting pilgrims in Jerusalem and the Holy Land and the Christian treasures and Holy sites found there. They took the vow of poverty and obedience to the Pope and became protectors of various treasures across Europe due to their trustworthiness as trustees of gold and wealth. Over time the leadership became embroiled in scandals either real or manufactured and the leader of the Order was put to death by a bad French king. The rest of the Order was disbanded and the members joined other religious orders.

The masons were never part of the Order or other religious orders (except by infiltration). The Knights Templar never owned the wealth they managed and protected as they were only Trustees. The masons have been trying to usurp the noble history of the Knights Templar but they are liars and fakes. And they wanted a fake excuse to attack the Catholic Church because they serve lucifer and his greatest enemy is the Catholic Church.

The leader of the Knights Templar died, but he was never a mason. It appears he was wrongly accused by the French king, so the king could take over some of the wealth and properties managed by the Knights Templar.

I don't know what hidden gospels anons/shills were speaking about, but I read several purported "gospels" by Thomas, Mary Magdalene etc. They were real drivel. Poorly written and incoherent.
