(1) It seems like, at 120 AU, its orbit is just as far out as the heliopause. Is its orbit inside the heliopause, outside, or does it cross in and out? Did Voyager see it just before or after crossing the heliopause?
(2) Surprising (to me) that they are now discovering new objects with earth-bound telescopes, rather than Hubbell or other scopes above the atmosphere. Maybe they've found frequencies not too affected by energy loss and dispersion in the atmosphere. Obviously they can make an earth-bound scope bigger and heavier.
