Mattel should be the target of an immediate boycott.

Scottsdale couple Matt Jacobi and Nick Caprio — who have been together for 11 years — will have their two nieces as flower girls in their May wedding. Their niece Natalie loves dolls, so the couple wanted to gift her a wedding set for her eighth birthday, WWLP reported.

The couple wanted a gift for her Dec. 8 birthday that would be “meaningful” and connect with the event she is to be a part of, Jacobi said, as reported by CNN.

The only Barbie wedding sets available, however, featured two flower girls, a wedding cake, a groom, and a bride — which Jacobi and Caprio felt did not represent them."
