Mueller brought the case against Flynn to court. Rather than putting it to a full prosecution, Flynn plead guilty. Anons have been blaming Mueller for following Due Process of Law. Flynn seemed to have lied, it should be brought to a court where it can be settled.
Flynn then plead guilty.
Look at what has been going on with Cohen, elsewhere. Remember when "one of Potus' lawyers" leaked to the media that POTUS wasn't the target of Mueller's investigation? Cohen's office was raided shortly after and there was a fire involving either his domicile or his practice (forget which). Q then explained that the person who leaked about Mueller was a traitor. Reference recent Q related to leaks benefiting the deep state.
Many in DC are rats who are terrified of the orange man. Mueller is the face of the effort to make the orange man go away. They are willing to work with Mueller and to operate as if he is going to make the comfortable world return. The message Cohen was trying to send to DC by leaking was "do not trust Mueller!"

did nothing wrong. You can see, here, that many things related to Flynns case had to be filed under seal and were subject to classified material handling procedures. Imagine if POTUS was not in charge and there were judges who weren't keen on forcing releases of documents under seal.
That's right - Mueller would appear to be a dirty cop. In reality, by doing things by the book, he makes himself appear to be corrupt because that is how dirty the system is and how the abuse is not just by people, but also the system they must work within.
