On the whole it is a great system for this place and works well.

In these times while under attack subversive wannabe bakers will try things that screw up the normal operations

bake and mess up the dough

problem is it is impossible to know if the problems are simple beginner's error or purposefully malicious.

have thick skin, you'll know when you've made a mistake and if you fess up & do your best to correct the error the real anons here will be with you 100%
