Zero and Pope had a lengthy text dialog using CONCRETE just before leaving office, the pattern of the text convo was like an SOS. Perhaps Anons finally found the CONCRETE!
There would have to be an underground construction near the TOU/Honeycomb hide out. The dirt removed would have to blend in with the dirt moving out of the nearby construction. Construction crew of the bunker would have to be foreign crew with tight supervision (they would be handled as blacksite prisoners) or expendable.
Add on: Concrete was a code first used by Zero and the Pope in their text convo not long after POTUS got elected, but assumed office yet. All people associated with Concrete is posted above in this bread.
