Was George HW Bush actually in that casket and Potus "counter" in those envelopes a picture of George HW Bush in his medical bed at Gitmo? I imagine Laura Bush and brother in law Jeb were so upset. George W BUSH really didn't looked surprised at all. He apparently is cooperating with Potus.
