Frazzledrip, according to Sorcha Faal (I know, I know. Decide for yourself) was released by Peter Daglish just before he was arrested in Nepal on child molestation charges.

Theory is this release was his attempt to thwart arrest.

Curious thing is, Pompeo was supposedly in Nepal just prior to Daglish's arrest, as Faal said.
