Unless he has history of this kind of behavior by suspicion is that Junker is a targeted individual. When McCarthy was trying to become speaker of the house, all of a sudden he couldn't talk coherently any more, it went away once Ryan become speaker.

, when he firmly stood up to POTUS, early after DJT's election, he used to be quite coherent. Short after I saw the first clips of him stumbling around he apparently gave in and met with POTUS in the WH and brokered an agreement to avoid tariffs. A few months prior to that Peter Sutherland died all of a sudden. I find this very odd.
