I’m going to preface this post by declaring my absolute disgust for the Roman Catholic Church.

Re the post in pb (attached pic) I am going to add two points.

One is that while discussing this today, I was told anecdotally that Pell challenged the powers within the church for moving too quickly away from conservatism which was not met favourably and this was possibly seen as an opportunity to oust him.

Secondly, Andrew Bolt who is a conservative journalist and the most read journalist in Australia is adamnant that Pell is innocent.

Me? I’d prefer to give him the benefit of the doubt and hang him high. Fucking Catholic priests!
